Description of the Tour

The Church of the Holy Family (La Sagrada Familia) isn't just one of the most iconic symbols of Barcelona, it is also the unfinished masterpiece of the famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, who is himself symbolic of the city.  In order to start the tour in the best possible way, our guide will tell you all about the history of the Sagrada Familia and as you stand in front of the enormous facade, they will tell you in detail all about the building's unique features.  After this, you will stroll along the fabulous Passeig de Gràcia until you reach another two marvelous works of Gaudí; La Pedrera and the Casa Batlló. Both are buildings that were constructed for residential use and are utterly representative of the modernist style and the profound relationship with nature which characterizes the genius of Gaudí. The guide will be with you at all times to ensure you get the maximum out of your tour and will inform you in great detail about both buildings.  The last stage of the tour is the famous Park Güell where you will be able to visit the vast park and see for yourself another of the iconic symbols of Barcelona, the multi-colored salamander.  The logistics of the tour may change depending on the time of year.  In fact, during the winter months, the guide will first take you to the park to make the best of the daylight hours.
